Exchange & Buyback Policy
- Every 5C & Co masterpiece is crafted by hand which may result in there being slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
- The product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving delivery by reaching out to our customer care team along with the certificate and packaging.
- Any damaged pieces and pieces showing significant wear and tear shall not be accepted.
- 5C & Co shall charge a 2% flat fee towards shipping and handling charges.
- Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification.
- 5C & Co shall not accept any jewelry which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller and any visible damages. All returns and benefits accrued of the piece shall be null and void.
- 5c & Co reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection and provide the same in writing to the customer.
- Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.
- Get 100% exchange value of the gold at existing market rates.
- Get 90% exchange value of the diamonds as per existing market rates.
- Making charges, taxes and shipping and handling fees(2%) shall be deducted from the invoice value.
- In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, a similar amount would be deducted the exchange value which would be informed to the customer.
- Sell your jewellery back to us.
- Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.
- 5C & Co offers 85% value of diamonds at existing market rates.
- In case of any discount given at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount.
- Making charges, taxes, shipping and handling fees(2%) shall be deducted from the invoice value.
- 5C & Co is focused on ensuring that your jewellery stays beautiful and shining every year on year
- To ensure this, 5C & Co offers a complimentary cleaning of your jewellery every year. If you would require to utilize this facility more than once a year, a nominal charge would be applied.
- Our Yearly Maintenance facility will be no longer valid if any third party jeweller has done any work on the jewellery.
